Swapping banks in Preset Manager

I'd love to see this added to the Preset Manager. Currently if you want to re-order your banks, you either need to do a copy/past dance or export/import your banks. I'd love to see the ability to simply swap two banks, without having to use a third bank as a temporary storage space.
