Bug: MIDI Clock isn't sent until Switch Release

I have a preset that sends a CC Toggle with a press, and starts MIDI Clock Tap mode with a hold.

Messages look like this:

1, Conditional 2:2

2. CC #80 (0, 127)

3. Conditional 0:0

4. MIDI Clock Tap Tempo

When I hold the switch for MIDI Clock, the clock doesn't start sending until I release the footswitch. I'm on FW 2.6 - I don't recall this happening with 2.5.

My expectation would be that MIDI Clock would start immediately after 600ms.
