Triggering a preset with PC message? Or mapping?

Hello,

I'm currently using a Gigrig G2 and wondering if I can complement it with an MC6. G2 sends midi PC msgs (eg: preset 1 = PC#0, preset 2 = PC#1).

Reading the MC6 manual, this would change banks. Is there a way to make MC6 behave otherwise? My dream would be to select a preset on G2 (which would send a PC message to MC6), and this will trigger a preset automatically on MC6.

Hello,

I'm not familiar with the G2, but the MC6 can easily be controlled, externally, by sending PC and CC messages to it.
