Trigger Midi Clock and Bank Change Mode Same Switch

Hey!

I'd like to use only one button for managing my Midi Clock and Bank Change Mode.

Ideally, I'd like to hold a switch (Like C) to toggle between Midi Clock and Bank Change Mode.

Then if it's in Midi Clock, simply pressing it will bring up the Midi Clock Menu. If it says 'Bank Change', I'd like it to bring up the Bank Change Mode. If there's no way to get that working, I'd be down to try other approaches, the main thing is that I don't want to waste another switch. I've tried many different things, but have been unable to get it to work. It seems like there is a bug or something. I read some stuff about 'conditionals' allowing you to add delays which might make what I want work, but I'm not seeing any of that on the Web nor desktop Editor.

Please help!
