If I have two switches both set to toggle different presets, and activate the 1st one, when I then activate the 2nd, it resets the status for the 1st, so I need to press that switch twice to deactivate it.
Hey guys, if you are using the v3.4 firmware, this is part of the new "Bank Clear Toggle" feature, so the user can press one preset and the other preset's toggle will be deactivated.
You can switch this off in the programming menu >> Bank >> ClearTgs
James, thanks for the info. IMO the default for ClearTgs should be OFF not ON as that would preserve backwards compatibility which as you can see would have avoided the issues people have had. If one is relying on preset state independence, which I hypothesize is the behaviour people will want most of the time, having ClearTgs OFF would really help. Having to use the on-device editor to change the default behaviour for a bank is certainly doable but really quite tedious. And particularly so if the bulk of one’s banks require ClearTgs to be OFF. Thanks.
