Toggle & Blink Selections Turning Off After Switching Banks

Hi! Getting to know the MC6 mkii has been a blast. It has to have more options and controllable functionality than any MIDI controller even close to its size. I am having one problem that I cannot seem to figure out though.

Regarding the toggle and blink options, I have been able to get them to work exactly as they should and save them to the pedal successfully. They continue to work properly even after the pedal has been disconnected from my computer. The problem comes when I switch banks or power the pedal down. Once I try to go back to my previously toggled/blinking preset, it does not toggle or blink. It only sends whatever message was in position 1. Looking at it in the editor (and through the pedal menu) at this point, it shows that indeed the toggle and blink options are off.

I have tried setting and saving these options through the online editor, the Windows editor, and through the pedal editor itself, all with the same result. I even tried factory resetting the pedal to no avail. Please help!
