Three Switch Extension Schematic?

I would like to build a little three footswitch pedal to hook up to one of the EXP jacks in order to access additional presets. I was wondering what the schematic for that would look like? Is it as simple as splitting the TRS jack among the three footswitches? I'd like the soft touch SPST footswitches which only have two poles, so not sure how I would connect three wires (t, r, s) to the two poles.
