Suppressing Toggle with Set Toggle for the same preset you are using?

Is it possible to prevent the toggle from occurring on 'press' action for a given preset.

For example:

On Preset A I have set the following:

Action: Press / Pos 1

'Set Toggle' set to 'Clear - Preset A'

Action: Press / Pos 2

'Set Toggle' set to 'Clear - Preset A'

Action: Release / Pos 1

'Set Toggle' set to 'Clear - Preset A'

Action: Release / Pos 2

'Set Toggle' set to 'Clear - Preset A'

I would like to use the following to actually toggle Preset A:

Action: Double Tap / Pos 1

'Set Toggle' set to 'Set - Preset A'

Is there another way this could be accomplished or do I have anything set up wrong? This was run outside of editor mode and I am using Firmware 3.1.1
