New to the MC6.. Basics not working..?

Hi all,

Firstly, thank you for the wealth of information available here!

I've spent hours reading through here now, I reckon.

I'm very new to the MC6; today in fact.

I am finding, however, that I can't even get a basic thing like 'Bank Up' and down to work..

I've got the auxiliary switch connected, have set the MC6 to Aux.

Using a TRS cable.

In the Editor I select the button I want and choose Bank Up, or Set Bank and choose 2 (for example).

And it does nothing.

Same deal if I try to use button E on the device itself.

I know the Aux switch is working as I can cycle through the presets on my Nemesis using the Strymon Up setting (but not Down, funnily enough), so it's definitely sending a signal.

The banking looks to be a fundamental part of me getting this unit set up for our band, so any thoughts would be appreciated :).
