1. If I have 10 pedals on a board, can I connect 2 ML5s together and control all 10 pedals with one Midi controller (like the MC6)?
2. Do the ML5s need to be connected with both a TS patch cable and a Midi cable?

1. Yeah, the ML5s can be linked and controlled with the MC6!
2. If you have the MC6 connected to one of the ML5's with a 5-pin MIDI cable, and then a second MIDI cable going from the first ML5 to the second, that's all you would need to set up the chain. Then you'd of course need patch cables to plug your pedals into the ML5s.
