Hi I'm looking to buy the MC6 and the Lne6 HX stomp, (love the video you guys did BTW!) just wanted to know if I'm controlling the HX can I send Midi clock to my DD500 at the same time?

Yes you can, by linking your HX Stomp Midi OUT and DD500 Midi IN with a midi din cable, and set your HX Stomp as:
Global Settings > MIDI/Tempo > Tx MIDI Clock > ON
