I've programmed my MC6 and it functions just fine when using the editor AND leaving it plugged into the USB port on my MacBook.
But as soon as i unplug it from my computer, it still powers but doesn't transmit any signal.
help!

Good to hear you got it sorted. You can power the MC6 either using the 9V input or via USB. When you have it connected tho your Mac the USB cable is supplying power. I power my MC6 using a $2.00 USB power brick I bought at the $ store.
