suddenly my display looks like this whether it is connected via USB or the AXE FX powered Midi jack? anyone have this ? Not sure how i can even reset since my computer doesn't even see it when connected via USB.
Try holding the button down (while the unit is powered off), and then powering it via usb and then releasing the button 1 second later. Does anything appear on the firmware updater?
Firmware updater won't see it. I tried both desktop and web editor. Opened back plate and pressed small button and nothing happened? I'm really worried. What else can I do at this point?
Can you open the firmware updater. Does it recognise the MC6? If not, open the backplate. There is a button at the back to reset the device. Press it for one second and release while it is powered. Does anything appear on the firmware updater?
I have also had this problem, except my MC6 is recognized by my computer. Hoping I can get it troubleshooted and fixed soon!
worrying! I think buy a MkII but now I do not know! the problem is solved ?
Hi I'm having this identical issue. Was there a resolution?
Dude, where did you get those cool oversized buttons?! Super jealous over here!
email sent, thx
Indeed. Is the unit still under warranty? What is the serial number? Do get in touch with us via email and we'll see how we can help.
Unfortunately still nothing....very strange
