Issues with MC6 MKII and my other MIDI devices

I suspect that you are not getting my response emails from the last week so I am trying again on a new strand.

I am having many issues with my MC6 MKII since I received it brand new from Morningstar two weeks ago.Here are the details:

MIDI Chain: MC6 > VOODOO LAB CX > HX Stomp > Chase Bliss Brothers (with a MIDI - 1/4” TRS jack order remade from Disaster Area)

Dunlop Volume (X) to expression 1

BOSS FS7 in expression 2 (although I have now disconnected it since it was causing more erratic behaviour)

MIDI Channel Assignments: MC6 = Channel 1, HX Stomp = Channel 1, VOODOO CX + Channel 2, Brothers = Channel 3

So Far I have only 5 total presets assigned. All of them inconsistently recall the wrong information approximately 50% of the time.

Please help me understand why sometimes random presets on the HX are recalled (Like preset #000) and sometimes the Brothers goes to the wrong setting. Also sometimes when I press a button, it makes the recall on the HX stutter before selecting a random preset.

I have also performed reset all and refreshed the 3.4.1 Firmware twice. Still no improvement. I previously sent screen shots and a video but I don’t want to do this again because I believe the attachments may have sent my previous emails to a junk folder on the inbox.

Please help me as I am currently very discouraged. I feel that this unit is defective. Hopefully you have seen this before and know what the problem is.
