Can MC6 work like a hub and turn one midi command into several?

I use a Helix rack with a few midi pedals and an ML5. I'm finind the task of configuring MIDI for evey patch rather tedious (and prone to error).

Can I send a single midi command to the MC6 which in turn triggers a patch of commands to all my pedals? For example loop D on on the ML5, MD500 off, H9 on and patch 12.

Having done that, I'd still like to be able to send CC messages to the pedals mid song as well.

My hope was that I can configure all of this and the MC6 would be in the rack and the Helix would still control everything, albeit via the MC6
