Can computer connected to USB port reach other pedals (eg Strymon BigSky) down in the MIDI chain?

I am thinking about getting the MC6 controller as I have a Strymon BigSky and now I got Meris ENZO. I am using Nixie software to edit presets in the Bigsky through a Roland MIDI/USB. If I get the MC6 and connect the Big Sky to it, will I be able to ditch the Roland interface and simply use the USB connection on the MC6 to reach through to the BigSKy with the Nixie software?
