LOL! So the title is supposed to be funny. I've been working on my pedalboard rebuild for almost a year now and it is finally done. I received my MC6 a few weeks ago and it will be controlling my Volante, Mobius, Ventris, and CB Brothers. The thing is, I'm completely new to MIDI. I've done a lot of reading and I get the meat and 'taters of it all, but I'm looking for some tips from all of you MIDI vets on how best to utilize the MC6 with my set up. Where would you start? Any and all tips would be very much appreciated.

Thank you! at the moment trying to figure out how to just do a toggle between on and off. I can do one, but not the other. I'm missing something.
I’d approach it as follows. I’m sure others will others will have a different view and maybe they’ll chime in. In any event ...
The first thing I would do is sit down with pen and paper and decide what I wanted the routing to look like. I’d then crack the manuals for each of the pedals and familiarize myself with which midi commands they respond to as well as determining how midi thru is managed. I‘d then decide which channel to allocate to each device and start configuring the MC6 presets.
I would probably then, on a pedal by pedal basis, hook each up to the MC6 and make sure they respond as I expect. Doing each separately would help reduce testing complexity. (I will add that setting up a midi monitor on your computer can be really helpful to confirm that you are really generating the commands you think you are. )
And last but not least I‘d hook them together, again one at a time, to see if they worked as a unit in the desired fashion. I probably missed something but hopefully this provides you with a starting point.
